- Adhesive room labels for marking destination rooms

Pricing is published upfront.
A 2-bedroom package — our most-rented size — runs $159 for one week or $199 for two weeks, with 45 crates and 2 dollies included. A 4-bedroom package is $249 for one week, $299 for two, with 85 crates and 4 dollies.

How it works, step by step 1.
Pick a package by home size. Studios through 5+ bedrooms.
If you’re not sure which fits, call us — we’ll size your move in a 5-minute phone call.
Schedule delivery. Most customers schedule delivery for the day before packing day.
Same-day delivery is available across the Kansas City metro for orders placed before 11 AM; outer suburbs are typically next-day.
- We deliver clean crates stacked on dollies, with zip ties and labels.
You don’t sign for a hundred individual boxes — we drop a few neat stacks at your door.
You pack at your own pace. Most rentals are one or two weeks.
Crates seal with a zip tie (no tape) and stack four high without crushing each other.
Move day. Crates load uniformly, stack tight in any truck, and roll on dollies straight onto the moving vehicle.
Apartment elevators get a single trip, not three.
We pick up the empties. When you’ve finished unpacking, schedule a pickup.
We take the crates, the dollies, and any leftover supplies back.

What makes a
KC rental different
Two things about Kansas City moves that drive specific service choices on our end: The state line. Moving from Brookside (MO) to Prairie Village (KS), or KCK to Lee’s Summit?
That’s a single move on a single invoice with us — we deliver crates on either side and pick them up on the other.
